Vibration in quantum physics indicates that everything is energy, including us. We are energetic beings that resonate on specific frequencies.

Every feeling, thought, and action impacts our energetic frequency, and all feelings at the level of vibration can be construed as positive or negative.

1 – * thoughts *
Every thought emits a frequency to the universe. This frequency returns to its origin. For example, suppose you have morose thoughts over an extended period. In that case, the frequency with which sadness, anger, fear, resentment, etc., resonate will return to you in the form of experiences, circumstances and people that are a vibrational match.

Hence, you must take care of your thoughts and learn how to cultivate ideas that empower you.

2 – * company *
The people around you directly influence your vibratory field. Suppose you surround yourself with happy, joyous and determined people and replicate their behaviour. In that case, you will also enter this vibratory range. Now, if you surround yourself with those who complain, gossip and are the eternal pessimists, be careful! Indeed, they can reduce your frequency and prevent you from using the law of attraction in your favour. And Remember: you attract, like a magnet, what you believe about life. That which you seek is also seeking you.

3 – * music *
Music is very powerful. If you listen to music that talks of death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, violence and suffering, it will directly impact how you feel. Pay attention to the lyrics and the melody of the music you listen to; it can and will reduce your vibration frequency.

4 – * the things you watch and read *
Cease engaging with programs that deal with misfortune, death, betrayals, suffering, like the daily news, including video games. Your brain accepts this as an unquestioning reality. It then releases chemistry into your body that matches how the information makes you feel.
Look at things, watch programs, and listen to content that makes you feel good and helps you vibrate at a higher frequency… *Top tip! Turn the bloody mainstream news off forever and stop playing violent video games that desensitise murder and suffering as if it were normal.

5- * the atmosphere *
Whether it’s at home or at work, if you spend a lot of time in a messy and dirty environment, it will also affect your vibration frequency. Improve your surroundings, especially where you sleep or spend much of your time. Organise and clean your environment. Show the universe that you are fit to receive much more by taking care of what you already have, including yourself.

6 – * THE WORD *
If you claim or speak wrong about things and people, it affects your vibration frequency. To keep your frequency high, eliminate the habit of complaining and bad talking about others—Be 100% responsibility for your life choices and the consequences of those choices.

7TH – * GRATITUDE *
Gratitude positively affects your vibratory frequency. In fact, one cannot be angry, vengeful or resentful when practising gratitude.  This is a powerful habit you must integrate now into your life. Start to thank everything, both the right things and that which you consider to be wrong. Remember, it is not good or bad, only thinking makes it so. Reframing adversity by seeking out the lessons contained within changes everything. Gratitude opens the door for a higher vibration and for good things to happen positively in your life.
